Your photos
Photos you upload are downscaled in your browser and sent to our server only to generate your result. They are processed in memory and not stored on our servers by default. We do not use your photos to train models unless you explicitly opt in to a calibration programme in future.
AI-generated “potential” images
If you choose to generate a “~12-week potential” image, your front photo is sent to our image provider to create an AI-edited version. The result is AI-generated, not a real photo, and not a guarantee; it is labelled as such (including embedded C2PA provenance). Neither your source photo nor the generated image is stored on our servers by default.
What we store
If you choose to unlock your full result by entering your email, we store your email address and the non-image summary of your result (score, body-fat range, and any DEXA/InBody figure you provide) to send you your card and product updates. Your progress history (thumbnails and scores) is stored on your device(local storage), not on our servers.
Legal basis & your rights (UK GDPR)
We process your email and result summary on the basis of consent. Because we never run facial recognition or use your photo to uniquely identify you, photos are treated as ordinary personal data (not special-category biometric data) — but we still handle body-composition information carefully and do not retain images by default. You can withdraw consent, or request access or deletion, at any time by emailing us.
Age
This service is for adults 18 and over only. We refuse and do not knowingly process images of minors.
